Speed Cloth
Does BMW ever offer all cloth seats on their cars? From a practical standpoint they are just so much better. Don't get as hot / cold in extreme temperatures, don't get worn, easier to maintain, grippier in the corners. Need I go on?
I'd love the speed cloth seats if they didn't have the leather bolsters / surround. Ever seen one of these that is 5+ years old? Nothing like worn leather next to cloth. Looks really awful in my opinion. Here's hoping BMW breaks with tradition on the M2! |

GTI seats are the best! My wife has the silly plaid cloth...the look dorky but are soooooo snug and comfortable. Their leather is not very good though but then again the 1 series leather was harder than leatherette.

However, I have learned since then that leather requires upkeep, I am treating with conditioner the side bolsters on my 18-way seats in the Macan on a monthly basis. So far they look like the day I took delivery, 6,000 miles later.
