CNET pulls its M235i review

BIMMERPOST
     Featured on BIMMERPOST.com
The review went up about a day ago - it was mentioned by someone here. But it seems that it's been pulled for some reason. There isn't even a cached version attached to the Google link. Very curious as to why it was yanked.

Anyone grab the text of it that they could paste here?

UPDATE: I thought to try Bing (remember Bing?) in case it had the page cached and there it was. Can't see why it was pulled, no inaccuracies and a very positive review. There was a video accompanying the review but it is inaccessible.

This is probably the "nicest" anyone has been about the steering on this car, at least from a journalist standpoint.

I plan to do a thorough review once mine shows up...

This recent reviewer had a glowing review about the steering...if you ignore the funny hair and watch the whole thing.

typical you tube had to wait a long time between stops and goes playing this
would have preferred a British Female Model doing the review...
some engaging comments about the vehicle..yes particulary about the electronic steering which the reviewer liked...ps..needs an American haircut.

Just picked mine up from the dealer today and I have to say I didn't notice the was eps until I remembered and had to actually think about the feedback I was getting to notice a difference from hydraulic steering

When will we see your review and new toy in the Indy metro-plex area?

What dealer did you place your order with? Where do you suggest I go in the Indy metro area? I am planning on placing my order the first week of April (M235i).

I used David Aviles in CA - he has a program that works off invoice instead of MSRP - although that wasn't the case with the launch of the M235. I can give you details on how it works or you can visit his website...

I used to know the sales manager @ Dreyer in Greenwood, but they have a newer dude down there now. He is the ginger prick if you have been in there. A real "treat" if you know what I mean. Wear a Rolex if you want them to talk to you…which is why I won't ever buy another car there. :roll eyes:

Similar attitude from the Dreyer guys on the Northside, but not as bad. They also seem to know more about the cars - but don't go to either if you want reliable info - you will get far better here.

I am going to try to do a lot of comparisons - I have a week of overlap when I will have the new one before turning the old one in.
