An R with Stage 2+ is an awesome car and it should be faster than a M235i. Just curious to know more about why you're changing it?

I previously owned a 135i before the R and loved it performance-wise. The M235i is everything I wanted out of the 135i though, improved looks in my opinion, much nicer interior, and I'm getting it pretty much fully loaded.

The R was a fun car for sure, but even with the 4 cyl it still felt nose heavy. While the haldex AWD system was good, I find the M235i to be a better handling car. I plan on some simple performance mods for the BMW and it should quickly surpass the power of the R, plus I love the sound of the I6.

It's not really a decision that makes sense financially, but I tend to get tired of a car after a few years anyway, so the M235i seemed as good of a car as any to try out.
