I contacted my SA to change my wheels to the 461M and my car is set to finish production on 9/4. He told me that it was too late to make any changes. Can I contact 800# and make this change or am I stuck with the 436M wheels?

Since the car already entered production, no changes can be made. It's either stick with the 436M wheels or see if the dealer will order another car with the 461M wheels. Its up to you on how important the wheels are and if the extra wait is worth it.
