Calculating ED Invoice for 2017 M240i

I'm looking for some verification/corrections on my calculation of ED invoice for my upcoming M240i build. I used 5% ED discount to get ED MSRP on base car, 7% off that + $475 to get ED invoice on the base car, and 8% off options MSRP to get options invoice.

2017 M240i
US MSRP: $44,450
ED MSRP: $42,230
ED Invoice: $39,749

Estoril Blue Metallic
MSRP: $700
Invoice: $644

Coral Red Dakota Leather
MSRP: $1,450
Invoice: $1,334

Driver Assistance Package
MSRP: $950
Invoice: $874

Navigation System
MSRP: $1,950
Invoice: $1,794

Heated Front Seats
MSRP: $500
Invoice: $455

Apple CarPlay Compatibility
MSRP: $300
Invoice: $276

Destination & Handling
$995

Total U.S. MSRP: $51,295
Total ED MSRP: $49,075
Total ED Invoice: $46,121

How does this look?

So you basically got 2900 off of 49000? Is it like 6% off?
I think it's a good deal, but given it's a pretty loaded car, I'd try to knock out a few extra bucks on the options.

That's just my 2c, but overall it feels good to pay 5k off on a car

This has nothing to do with an offer. I'm just trying to calculate the ED invoice price of this build so that I can then take a given offer and calculate how much above invoice that offer is.

ED Invoice - 2017 M240i

Overall your numbers seem correct (at least very close) I did a ED of a M240i in September of 2016. I paid $500 over ED Invoice - No hassles in negotiation. It looks like some prices went up a bit. See my numbers below. (I also got HK system and wirelesss charging)

US MSRP: $44,450 $44,150

Estoril Blue Metallic (paint was MSRP $550 when I purchased)
MSRP: $700
Invoice: $644 $ 505 (see above)

Coral Red Dakota Leather
MSRP: $1,450
Invoice: $1,334 $1,335

Driver Assistance Package I didn't get this option

Invoice: $874

Navigation System
MSRP: $1,950
Invoice: $1,794 $1795

Heated Front Seats Cold Weather Package
MSRP: $500

When I purchased I had everything priced out too. The salesman was surprised how good my numbers were so he pulled out the actual invoice price list. We built the car using the invoice numbers. And then he said what am I willing to pay. I said "as close to that number as possible". he talked to the boss, and came back in a couple of minutes with" how about $500 over the ED invoice price?". I said "Deal". It was a really smooth purchase.

Good Luck!

Invoice on the options used to be 91%, but I think it's now 92%, rounded to the nearest $5 increment. Most of your numbers are close, I think the seats are $5 more than you have. Round up on the blue, leather, assistance and satnav by $1 and down by $1 on the CarPlay. ED invoice probably $39,750. I think.
