Sort of what i thought this one looked like. I dont like the 19" wheels and the tires looked stretched which is not for me either. To each his own. Someone will buy it.

^ Prices havent actually changed here on BMW's yet.

Heard VW is increasing PDI and Delivery to compensate though.

50k for a well loaded mperf car to bring back to the US is a steal really. And we have generally stricter transportation regulations so i doubt any retrofitting is required ( though kph only speedo might get old quick lol)

Given current exchange rates, comparably equipped BMWs are cheaper here now than stateside.

I still don't understand why BMW would raise the rates in Canada though. If anything, shouldn't it be going down since BMW is imported from Germany, hence the exchange is with the Euro and not USD.

I don't think any BMWs from Canada are manufactured in the USA.

The weakening dollar is not an excuse, as BMW Canada hasn't changed their prices yet. That car is either loaded to the gills (which, if it has 14k of M-stuff added on, sounds like it) or some dealer is making a sucker play.

BMW produces/assembles the X3 and X5 Sports Activity Vehicle and the X4 and X6 Sports Activity Coupe in South Carolina. That plant has produced almost 3 million BMWs since it began operations in the mid 1990's.

Here are the specs for the car.Way to expensive considering there is no upgrade to the engine from the regular M235i.That is probably why this car has been there for a few months.

This dealer wants to charge for the air you breath when in their show room. They certainly are a joke.

The N2 charge is a total rip, but the "air tax" is actually a tax on air conditioning for so-equipped vehicles. I know, I couldn't believe it either, but my brother-in-law in Ontario explained it to me. They tend to speak in abbreviations over there....hamburgers are hamburgs, avenue is pronounced as "ave", no one I met there can say "afternoon"....it's "this aft".....so not a surprise the sticker is so cryptic as to leave off "conditioning"!

In other words the local state has thought of filling their tax take by dreaming up different names for tax and the locals are foolish enough to accept these taxes.

Just look how foolish carbon tax is and how brighter countries never implemented this tax.

I agree that the air conditioning tax is a total rip off,but you and your brother in law must be from a different planet,if you both honestly believe that people talk like that in Toronto. They don't.
