Getting a 235i and going to the Ring.

What do you guys think of this plan? Am I passing by any places I should stop? I love car stuff and good beer!

Tentative Schedule:
1) Munich & surrounding area for a couple days (get car)
2) Nurburgring
3) Hamburg
4) Berlin
5) Possible stop in dresden & prague
6) Go to Bratislav, Slovakia
7) Go to Vienna (drop off car, fly home)

Anything I should adjust or visit that's nearby these places?

Some people can't wait to get to the ring. Not sure if you plan to take the car on the ring, but unless you are driving miss Daisy, you will work the car too hard before breaking in.

Not sure how long you are going for and for how long you plan to stay at each place, but it is a lot of driving. Don't get me wrong, I will be doing a lot of driving, but I am taking two weeks to do it. In any case, I would reverse the route and break the car in first and use Frankfurt as the dropoff. Vienna also seems to have a relatively long return time compared to Munich, so I would not choose it.

Oh I'll definitely break it it properly before any higher Rev driving . But Actually I'm taking an m4 on the ring that will already be broken in, and the dates for that are fixed. So the sequence must be the same, but I can add stops in, if you know any that are worth it!

Rothenburg ob der Tauber is a fine medieval walled city. Have stayed overnight there on both EDs.

Bamberg is worth a stop if you fancy a smoked beer. Every beer aficionado should try it at least once. I was the only one in my party of four to have a second.

Drive to Eagles Nest. That was Hitlers retreat. If you like great scenery, you will love it at the top.
Driving there you will need a special sticker for your car if you pass through Austria on the autobahn. Otherwise you will get a 90€ ticket like silly me. Just be sure to have the sticker or don't pass through the autobahn. Kehlsteinhaus, Berchtesgaden is what it's called. It's truly amazing up there. Have fun and congrats you will have the time of your life.
