I recommend contacting Burger tuning technical support instead of Terry for a faster response.
We have been in contact for a week - thanks!

Same here - they are definitely very responsive and quick to help.

OP do you have a BMS intake? It may or may not be your issue, I had all sorts of issues because of it. Similar to what you describing.

YES - removing it today probably, after hearing how many people have had problems with it. Im actually getting a VERY aggressive "KICK" sound between shifts now… coming straight from the intake.

Not really. BMS has been trying to help. I am going to try some new firmware they came out with, but its for map I. Just have to get some time to send them another log after I install the new firmware. I will definitely update this thread.

For others reading this thread, I also found most of my issues were caused from the BMS intake.

That's strange. I've had no issues what so ever with my tune DP and intake. Maybe it's a faulty connection on the intake and its leaking air?

+1 I had a catless downpipe and BMS intake on before JB4 install and had a cel for catless downpipe and air mass for the intake.. Now I have the jb4 on map 1 with no cel and no codes whatsoever.. My guess is anyone having these issues is messing up somewhere on installation.

There are a lot of success stories out there with people not having any issues with this intake, however there are a few of us that do.

I tried a different band clamp as other members have linked issues with a loosening clamp, but that did not work.

Installation is pretty straight forward. I can put the BMS on and the issues start. I put the stock back on and they go away. I've done this multiple times to verify results.

The point of my post is that the heart of the OP's issues may not be driven by JB4. The intake is a variable that is easy to check and rule out.
