Short Shift Kit?

Anyone have a short shift kit on their 2er? I found this one online and am very intrigued and tempted but I wanted to see if anyone had feedback before pulling the trigger.

Just go to this site and search for short shift kit. Unfortunately I can't out a direct link, but just look for m235i on the list.

Sorry.... I thought I was done too and over the last few days I've found another 5k to sink it.... I guess its time to get to work and start saving lol.

I started a thread about this a little while back. No responses....

That being said...The more I look at it, with the 1er and 2 er both having the same N55 drivetrain, what are the thoughts to the 1er or 1M Performance level? I did a very similar thing in my E90. I would have already tried it but my car does not get delivered until June.

I'll be ordering next week and installing soon after so I'll probably have a review up in a few weeks time.

Awesome, I look forward to hearing results. Did you get the extra Circlip and white plastic cup as well? I found them to be necessary when replacing mine.

I just ordered the kit. Was not told I would need anything else. Where did you get these? For a 2 series?

if you look on e90post or the 1 series forum, they have SSK threads that discuss the whole process.

this link says 320/328. so im guessing the shifter setup on the N55 is the same as the N20. interesting.

my other consideration is LHD vs RHD
