if the M2 is using the same suspension, brakes, hubs, and control arms (like the 1M did from the E9X) as the F8X then it will use the same tire sizes----so 275 and 255.
the 1M got 265 and 245 stock just like the E9X M3 got....so I'm expecting the M2 to steal the tires from the F8X. If it does NOT....well that would be very weird. |

Are those taillights going to stay for the M2? I don't like them.

I'm seeing all this from the other side of the fence now! My salesman has just informed me that my F80 is now at 5055 confirmed by production control

Sure did Chris, hummed and hahhh'd for long enough on what to do. Ive been favouring the F80 for a good few months. The recent news on colour choice and black only interior pushed me over the edge.
Gone for SilverstoneII with Silverstone interior, Carbon trim, Sun protection glass, Black 19's and Harman Kardon and sliding armrest. It was originally due late July, but looks like its brought forwards a month to late June |

These pictures show better the hood then the ones from Switzerland and we can see that no power dome is present. I guess at this point we're not getting one but I would have been chuffed to bits if the car had at least a power dome, let alone a CFR.

Some bean counters tossed a coin: "Not too much M3/M4 for the M2. Heads and they get the wheels; tails and they get the mirrors".

I don't understand why people pay so much attention to the fact of "yes" or "no" M-mirrors. A M3 owner and friend of mine, with whom I went to the Brussels expo asked me : "did you notice something missing here, something about 750€ ???" Yes I said.., the mirrors ...
