Yikes - I would not feel comfortable letting them repair the car after something like that.

Yes is a Bmw dealer, i can't imagine what were they thinking?, the funny thing is i realice something was wrong when i got into mi car and wobble all around, so i went to another dealer and told me that they need to order the pieces because they don´t have it on stock, long story short i have to wait a week for the piece to get here, that sucks...

Poorly trained techs for sure down there. I have seen the same overseas. In may be an official dealer, but often the tech's are just not trained well. BUT, one would think this is surely not the first BMW that has come in---so probably was lifted by a lesser tech. Sad indeed. Hope you get it resolved soon.

The nut key incident should have been an omen of disasters to come. If I were you I would report both incidents to BMWUSA. Might not help you very much but it might save the next victim of this dealership's service department. Then again, BMW corporate might do something nice for you for your trouble, pain and suffering. Hope it all works out for you.

The guy is in Chile so I doubt BMW of North America has anything to do with that dealer.

I understand accidents happen.. but how does the tech not hear the loud crack when lifting, or notice the broken piece while he is standing right there inspecting the brakes
Good luck with the repairs man |

I believe he notice the broken arms, but he didn't say anything, i guess he was afraid that he would get fired or something.
