M235i Lease Pricing in MA.

If anyone out there is leasing an M235i in Massachusetts, I would appreciate any information you can provide on the terms of the lease (total up-front pmt, monthly, #mi/yr), and which dealer you are leasing from. I am looking to lease for 3yrs, 12k mi/yr. My current lease on the 135i Coupe (M package ) is ending shortly. Leased from Tulley BMW in Nashua, NH.

I don't think the residual (59% for 15k, 36/mos) and MF (.00129 top tier) will vary by region as they're set by BMW. The only thing that will change is the purchase price you're able to negotiate. That will depend on supply and demand in your area.
