Hi all,

I just placed an order for a BMW 228i, and based on the feedback here, i wanted to get the track package. Its not listed as an option in my country however, so i had to select the items individually, but it seems like the items have different names as well.

I understand that the track package has :

18" Wheels
Adaptive M suspension
Variable sports steering
Msport brakes.


From my end, i selected:

Msports package (this includes the wheels and the brakes)
2VF Adaptive M running gear
2VL Variable sport steering


i noticed that adaptive M suspension and adaptive M running gear are different names. Is it the same suspension? Am i essentially ordering the track package?

Any help is very much appreciated Thanks! Just wanna make sure i picked the right items.

It looks like you nailed it. The M Sport Suspension is not active and not the same as the Adjustable/Adaptive Suspension.

But the Steering, plus 18" 461 series Ferric Wheels (Staggered), plus the adaptive suspension and brakes in the ZTR Track Handling Package.

There is no item here labeled track handling package here however, so i tried to look for individual items instead

i'm guessing "2VF Adaptive M running gear" = Adaptive M suspension from the track handling package and is not the passive m sport suspension?

Track package also comes with Michelin pilot super sports instead of run-flats.

... which is a very big deal if you want a sharp-handling car and can run it in moderate climes.

Thanks for the replies guys! Unfortunatly those wheels are not on the item list. I'll look into it though!

So i can assume the rest of the items are matching?
