Battery Question
Hey guys, I'm putting my 235 away for the winter this weekend and have some questions for folks who trickle charge over the season. I was told that this battery is a gel type and has to use a specific type of trickle charge setting or I risk frying the battery. Is this legit? Any advice before I stop by the dealer tomorrow?

Update - I see you went with the noco genius 1100 after I already replied saying...
Get a PulseTech Xtreme Charge. It is compatible with gel type batteries. It is amazing. I own one and can't say enough about it. It will extend the life of your battery (for example, I have a motorcycle battery that is already 8 years old). Read some Amazon reviews about it. Last edited by kevlac; 10-20-2016 at 06:36 PM.. |
