As mentioned the 1M vents need to be added. The M3/4 bits to the sides of the diffuser removed and the exhausts spaced out a little more.

The render is insanely accurate for the time it was drawn. No CF roof, side vents, flared arches and lip spoiler all present.

The 1m vents will be connected to the bottom of the bumber. It will be one vent. It won't be floating above the bumper like on the 1M. It will be like the GT6. Although I think that's what you meant by saying to remove the m3/4 bits. I really hope they don't stick the rear reflectors in there but I think they will.
