I'm assuming there are no differences, but I am just trying to verify that any exterior accessories are the same. I have an M240i ordered and would like to have some accessories such as spoiler, front lip, mirrors caps, ect ordered before the car arrives.

Looks mostly the same to me... One of my colleagues at work has a M235i I'll try and do a compare and contrast.

I just ordered most of the MPerformance pars from ASmith@sunmotorcars.com (Adam)
I did not order the rear diffuser because the M240 engine may call for a different muffler... not sure it will fit.

You ordered the M235i parts? I like the look of a quad tip setup so I was looking for a quad tip carbon rear diffuser. So even if tips are a bit bigger, I wouldn't have an issue unless they are positioned differently..

I plan to get most the parts from getbmwparts because of the price and they are the same OEM parts.
