P15FD and P15FB Codes, Frozen Clock

My 235i is showing both P15FB and P15FD, which according to the inter-webs, refers to "Engine switch-off time: Too slow during engine operation" and "Engine switch-off time: Too slow during after-run" respectively. Also, additional information about these codes refers to the DME. Interestingly, I have found that the clock will not advance in my nav screen nor in the instrument cluster. Both times will remain at whatever they are set at, indefinitely. Anyone have any ideas as to what may have caused this or how to go about repairing it? Unfortunately we are about 4 and a half hours away from the BMW service center we purchased the car from (Del Rio, Texas).

Anyone have any ideas? I’m hoping this is something I can repair fairly easily, and it isn’t a DME failure all together. The extent of what I can find online is “faulty memory in DME and/or instrument cluster”

Unhooking the battery for 20 minutes seems to have done the trick...so far clock is correct, and no codes! Hopefully this will help someone in the future who finds themselves in this situation.

Did you check the CC codes? Did you reset it trough OBD2 or something?

I hooked the battery back up, cleared the codes, set the clock, and all has been well ever since!

Thank you! The battery trick solved the same problem on my 2013 328i.
