JB4 Daily Maps

I know this has been beat to death on here, but what maps and engine mods is everyone running? I am currently running with Dinan Intake and Fabspeed sport cat. Any issues running map 2 as a daily on 98 octane?

Map 2 will be ok. Post logs to N54tech.com. Do you have access to E85.? I would invest in a charge pipe before too long. I would also recommend changing plugs to the N20 plugs. It's not absolutely needed but made a big difference in my scenario. Mine has 25,000 mi. FBO VRSF Race intercooler. VRSF chargepipe. Armytrix full Exhaust. ER catless Downpipe. Dinan intake. JB4 Stage 2 w/Bluetooth. Running Map2 3.5 gals E85 to 93 .

I use map 2 on 91 with E85, otherwise map 1 with a fabspeed sport cat & downpipe. Seems to run smoothly.

I don't think we have access to E85 where I'm from in Canada, but I will be looking for some now, ha. What differences did you notice with the N20 plugs? I'm in the market for charge pipes and Intercooler. What's the best setup for the Xdrive? I've read a bunch of people having figment issues with different Intercooler and charge pipes.

I'd run Map2 (most common for your mods) or Map5 (auto tuning map, very smooth but a bit less "peak" power than map2) and call it a day. As suggested, post some logs on n54tuning to be sure all is in order.

Thanks, ya that's what I'm thinking, but I will likely toss on a intercooler and chargepipe for the piece of mind.

Map5 only works right if you have additional EWG wire/connector its an extra $35 btw
Same with Map3 (Meth), Custom Map6 and 7 (aggressive)
Otherwise you're locked to map1 (4psi) and map2 (up to 6psi target)

Most popular for us is JB4, Intake, intercooler and charge pipe
