If licks were seconds it would equal the number of licks that it takes to get to center of a tootsie roll pop. Unless you're an owl of course.

I think it's worthwhile if >10 seconds of off time. Love it at train crossings, bridge openings, drive throughs.

Actually in those scenarios I'd probably use it. Of those i may go through a drive thru once a month at most.

I read somewhere that you're ahead if it's off for four seconds. That's nearly every time I allow it to shut off. But I haven't done any comparisons of mileage with and without. It seems to me that the primary benefit is reduced emissions.

America being one of the biggest polluters in the world Americans shouldn't be able to turn it off at all. This is a joke but America needs to do something about all its pollution.
