Noticeable shudder/vibration when accelerating from a stop

Hey guys I am noticing a shudder/vibration I feel in the gas pedal and hear as well (sounds similar to when the car is in say 8th gear and your going 30mph and punch it hesitates and you get a sort of low rpm rumble??) when accelerating from a stop. It only happens in first gear as well and only for a second or two. It's a 2015 MY FBO with a JB4. I have been running with a mix of 4 gallons of e85 much more recently. Any thoughts or anyone else experienced this? At 24k miles, it's never been tracked, I don't drive excessively hard but I do drive it 🙃. A little nervous because I am about to trade it in for a new gti because of $$. Thanks !

I tried turning off the JB4 it still happens. I spent some time after work trying to reproduce the issue and it happens in first thru third gear. The car is an automatic if it was't clear. The more I tried to reproduce it the more it feels like something is rubbing when I turn the wheel and accelerate. If I push the pedal down very slowly it doesn't happen, it only seems to occur if I push the pedal down about 30% while the steering wheel is turned either left or right about 3/4ths of a full turn.

Thanks again

Remove everything and see what it does. If it's still there, take it to BMW for a look.

It is awd, and I feel it in the mostly in the accelerator/front of the car. If the car is in neutral and I rev the engine I get none of vibes/shuddering. If starting off from a stop it only happens at <2k rpms. If I am already going forward and intentionally change gears to lower the rpms (i.e. Going 40 mph and manually changing to 7th gear) it will not shudder but act as expected being in a high gear but moving slowly. I will hopefully be able to get it in to a dealer on Monday I just have a lot of driving to do before then and don't want to get stranded on the highway.

Thanks again for any other insights or thoughts!

I would have them start with the transfer case, front diff, and front cv axle/prop shafts. I mean, ur trading it in anyway so I wouldn't worry too much but good luck!
