Question on Instrument Panel Indication
Featured on BIMMERPOST.com I filled up the tank yesterday and I figure that after filling up the tank the little icon will go away but it never did. What do you think about this? |

It won't go away that's your range estimation, it will give you a yellow alert on bottom right when you are low.
To change what shows up in the middle of dash press the bc button on the left stalk. |

Lol I always wondered who the he looks at the date.
I'm an instantaneous mpg (l/100km) kind of guy. Would do digital speed of it was an option. |

It is an option, all you have to do is code for it, very easy. That's what I have mine set to, digital speedometer.

If you're talking about the little gas pump icon, that's just to indicate the fuel filler is on the right side of the car. It never goes away. Most (all?) cars have some sort of indicator like this, usually just an arrow or some other sort of mark. BMW's designers must've had a little extra white paint to use up...
