Do you happen to know what kind of discount is "at cost" IS there an across the board %, or does it differ part to part?

Don't think so.

I can tell you I've spoken to many dealerships and their prices are the best I've seen. And they keep things in stock.

Ordered a diffuser for 360 and a front lip for 400 shipped today after my other order was canceled.

I just went on their website and the CF rear spoiler for a 228i is exactly the same price ($550) as it is at any other dealer. Am I missing something?

Try calling them up, or emailing for a quote.

Thanks. I was missing something. At the top of the page in not very large type it says to enter code "save25". Doing that brought the price down to $412.50, a savings of $137.50. It's not the Leith deal but then again, the Leith deal was bogus.

I tried that code for winter wheels and tires, and it said it wasn't applicable. But I called them and they still made a deal. YMMV

but this "computer error" story is not quite true, is it? i and others called them while the sale was still active, and they confirmed with no uncertainty that M Performance parts were 50% off. imo they were simply overwhelmed by the number of orders and are now trying to save face. i'm not going to spit my dummy about it though.

So I just spoke to John and he said they should be getting a batch of m performance parts sometime mid to late next week. I still think that they will honor those orders that they have promised, but unfortunately I think anyone getting wheels, lsd, multiple m parts will get cancelled. Good luck guys, I know for many of us it is not worth the wait, but I have been out of my car for 7 weeks now and I'm just happy to be patient and at least get the car back with a minor upgrade. Again, I hope everyone can get taken care of in one way or another. They seem really stressed over there though so this has obviously been a nightmare, but they are willing to make reasonable accommodations. As long as they can pull through as promised I have nothing negative to say about them, but I understand how those of us with cancelled orders feel.

And some of us specifically asked if applied to the diff. I did this because I had a 35% off available on Black Friday weekend and didn't want to lose that one if this wasn't real.

When I called I was told sorry and offered 25% off then sorry again and it did not apply to m performance and they were voiding all m performance parts related orders using the 50% off discount code.

Seems like everybody that calls gets a different story...... Just really curious what is actually happening up in Raleigh. I e-mailed a very kind inquiry to them since I ordered 5 items and got a 2nd confirmation on two of them and have not gotten a reply back.

I hear you on the inconsistency, I probably would have just cancelled if they didn't rush out the tail pipe extension kit. I understand how hard this must be for them if BMWNA is not providing any relief so they are trying to make as many people happy as possible without going out of business. I'll let you know when or if I ever get confirmation that the part has come in and is ready to be shipped. Good luck and it can't hurt to try to call again and ask for them to honor your favorite part that you ordered.

this is why i do not trust dealerships. no one in any dealership i have ever gone to knows wtf is going on. Literally. its like dealerships are a place for space cadets to stand around cars. you should be able to buy any car on amazon by now with free shipping to your freaking doorstep.
