Hello y'all !

I've been away from the site for a while, and wanted to pop back in and say hello. Hopefully, some of my mates are still around

I received my Glacier Silver 2015 M235i RWD on Mar 13, and have now had it for 2 months, with about 7500 miles on it ... yes, 7500 !!!

I have loved every moment of driving my M235i, in both Comfort and Sport modes, I haven't messed with Eco Pro or Sport+.

It is such an enjoyable highway cruiser and an apt canyon carver. I love driving it by the Pacific Ocean (Carpinteria, Ventura).

Harmon Kardon has not let me down ! And, I'm loving the nav system more and more everyday.

Good to hear from you! Wow, I'm only up to 1966 miles so far, mostly in the first 2 weeks. I took a gamble going for the MPE, but gawd, I love how it sounds!

Enlighten us stock M235i exhaust folks, what does the MPE do besides a little more rumble. Are the HP/torque gains material? if so what #'s? What does the part cost and the installation?

The cheap way to get the MPE is to order it and install yourself. Then you're talking $800-900, I think. The whole kit (exhaust, diffuser, tips) goes for $1320 online. It cost a little more port installed. Definitely a splurge on my part.

No HP gain that I know of. I bought it because I wanted the sound. Seems silly, but I kick into Sport mode, roll down the windows and suffer my allergies all the time now.

I received my m235i two weeks ago, I love it but Ihave to finish the break-in. I have done 1000 miles with it.

Personaly I use the eco mode only when I activate the tempomat, the car is boring AF with it. I don't know if it is really eco(nomical), despite the kilometers won which are written in blue but as long as I activate the tempomate it doesn't change anything for me.

You know it! I've also dipped a few accents (stock spoiler, model badge, rear diffuser) black in keeping with the black on white theme. It looks killer

I'm holding off on pics until I do a full detail...claybar, seal, wax, etc.
