One Location Stock Dyno
Can we get a single location for anyone that has done a true stock, or at most, a simple muffler swap, dyno numbers?
Please add, if possible the type of machine used. Thanks. |

theres a few base line dynos posted. not sure what you mean by "true stock", unless you mean just stock. just remember every dyno, every car will give different numbers. so if you're trying to compare, its best for you to do your own baseline dyno.

Yes, that's what I'm looking for.
That's why I asked for the type of the machine. I know they vary, just wanna get an average, a ballpark of the numbers if you will. Replace "stock" with "baseline"in my 1st post. |

Changed the Mass Air Sensor yesterday... That was a new code. I'll give it a few days, re-dyno ... Then reconnect... That's why I wanted to see what others baselines are... |

Yeah comparing dynos across the country tends to open up the doors for a pissing contest:
-All dynos record different numbers - the relative data is usually what's important. -Weather, altitude, heat soak, all contribute to variables that can be very dramatic. A friend of mine lost over 100whp on the dyno on his blown Vette when moving from Texas to Utah. -Every engine has some level of variation to it. Some people will end up with factory freaks that get more power either due to break in or sheer luck.
