Question F80 M3 BRAKES ON F22 M240i

Simple question:

Is it possible to fit the complete brake set (rotors and calipers) from a F80 M3 to a F22 M240i 2017 ??

Thanks in advance.

Whilst it is possible, it is not easy, and would require you fitting the hubs from the M car too. Too much hassle for what it's worth in other words.

I thought the M235/240 was already running the M3/M4 calipers. The only difference being the rotors and pads.

They're essentially the same Brembo caliper, with a different offset and bracket spacing. The rotors on the F8x are larger F&R, then the F22/F30 M calipers, as well at 380mm vs 340 on the F22 and 370 on the F30. Would make more sense to slap on the 370mm F30 calipers up front and call it a day.. 340-->370 is huge when under severe duty...Otherwise just looks better

I think some of you guys are confusing the M Performance brakes with M-car brakes. The brakes on the M-cars are different, as shown below:

Those are the optional carbon ceramics.

All the M-cars I've seen had those brakes on so I thought those were the standard M-car brakes. Thanks for the clarification.

Is it possible then to mount brakes bmw m2 in bmw f22? What else would be needed apart from complete discs and brake calipers?

You would need the M performance calipers though, its about 2400 for the kit these days I think.
