2nd pull map 2 365whp 392wtq
3rd pull map 4 325whp 343wtq

Mod list:
jb4 stage 2
VRSF chargepipe
VRSF DP
VRSF FMIC
Fabspeed muffler bypass
K&N drop in filter

What you ended up with 91 makes me want BM3 and getting my top speed limiter removed would be a bonus!

Nice numbers. Very consistent with what others have seen with the JB4 and DP as the power mods, 93 octane, and runs done on a Dynojet. The Map 4 numbers are also spot on for a stock map, 93 octane, and DP. Nice.

If you would have dynoed in 5th, you'd probably see about 1-2% higher numbers..... if total numbers are that big of a deal to you. IMO, 4th on the 6MT is a good choice though as it keeps heat soak in check.

Which mods differ?

Both MT or AT?

Well I've only got the VRSF Catless DP and JB4 Map 2 running 93 Octane. It was an aT Xdrive versus a bone stock AT Xdrive.

Just multiply SAE by 1.03-1.04 and you have your rough STD numbers. SAE is the gold standard. Any respectable automotive publication will only publish SAE. Dyno operators like to use the higher reading STD numbers to "wow" their customers.

Gotta admit the AFR freaks me out on this car. When I saw 15s in the dyno sheet I thought that was at redline. Did some logging after that to see exactly where they're at, saw 15ish at low rpms tapering down to 12.9 at redline. I'm not a tuning guru but I understood that to mean the car is running pretty lean. Trying to get these logs posted so people that know what they're talking about can review em.

Other way. Lower number means you're running rich. 12.9 at redline is good.

13:1 rich
14.7:1 stoic
15:1 and higher is lean

I meant the 15 being lean and scaring me when I first saw it. AFRs didn't get to 13 til 5.5k though, like I said I'm no guru so maybe you can school me a bit, all good. I'd be greatly appreciated!

Oh, right on! Yea, I think you're ok. I regularly monitor with an obd port and find the car is very good at running in the stoic zone. Unless I start hammering it, then it runs rich as eff! Yours looks good as well.

Thank you for sharing

Stock map is probably 10 HP less than map 4 since you already have high downpipes

STD correction factor isn't right unless you want to inflate the numbers by about 4% and feel better about yourself. The industry standard is SAE.

As for dynoing in 5th, that too would increase the numbers a percent or so as well. Dynoing in 4th is fine and helps keeps the motor from heat soaking on back to back runs.

I agree with @XutvJet

But it's not possible for me to dyno in 5th anyway, my top speed limiter is at 130. I'll flash eventually but for now I'm just sticking to tracks where I don't need to go past 130.

These cars do run lean, imo. But I think a lot of the newer DI engines operate this way. With the JB4 setup, I find it starts in the high 14's and tapers to mid-high 12's, which from what I've researched, is safe for DI engines.. Scary because when I had big turbo cars in the past, we never liked dipping into the 12's, mind you they weren't DI..

Would love to hear more from one of the local 2addicts tuners, on the whole AFR gig.
