I got the 2GB flash drive about 1 week ago. I think the fancy packaging cost more than the drive. No umbrella, though. No USB charger in the back, and I got my car PCD, so I think it would have been there if standard.

Though I have to say as a professional designer that pen is one of the worst things I've ever seen. That pen is what happens when car designers are in between real projects.

My wife pointed out after seeing it today that it's also a capacitive stylus if you can figure out how to twist the recessed cap to poke it out.

BMW must know I live in a drought zone because I didn't get an umbrella! I did get a flash drive (my second one!) and this really cool pen that I cant figure out how to use!

I just noticed that I have pretty cool looking N2 tire valve caps on my new M235. Is that standard? I got wheel locks and some netting. I'll have to rummage around to see if I can find anything else.
I would have loved that HK bluetooth speaker or an umbrella. Maybe when I go back for my plates and the "Encore" program I'll get some swag thrown at me. |

under trunk storage
I looked under the flap in the trunk and i found a little wrench/screwdriver kit. I see there's quite a bit of space in there. Is it safe to store things in there? e.g., multi-tool, road flare, etc...

bleh, they did what MINI did, USB key in shape of the key... which while 'neat'... is just too large to be useful (too large to actually use in the car functionally - you can't close the lid; on a MINI the key can't actually reach/fit the usb port where it was in the R56 series...
and they need to get to 8GB at least!

Just a headache!
Drove off the lot and got a TPM Malfunction! Taking it back in after it failed to reset about 100 times. Gets stuck at 49%! No gifts either. |

2 BMW coffee mugs, a picnic blanket, 2 BMW keyrings, a coupon book for that dealer services, 20% off at the BMW store there (picked up 2 Sport line fob covers..but I paid for those..discounted). Encore-$50 gas card. Cargo net, screwdriver etc. is in the car..but thats standard issue..not a freebie so I don't count those . Car has a few 12V ports..one in the dash, backseat, back hatch (GC, ya know). Might be one in the glovebox..haha..have to look. No first aid kit/triangle as those are Euro only spec things.
