On the M235i 500 over is a good deal. I paid invoice for my 228i but have not heard anybody getting better on a M235i.
Thanks for the reassurance. I was sweating a little.

You are mistaken. There is 1 228i and 3 M235is. A Red a White and a Black. The white is most loaded at 54000 MSRP the black is least loaded at 46000 and the red is in between.
Then they're not keeping their website up to date. Still shows one 228 on independence, zero at Northlake

No its up to date...you are not looking correctly. Do not look for it by series...look for it by model...they are listed in alpha numeric order so M235i is toward the bottom.

My bad, sorry. Strange four 235s and only one 228

I will go to the local dealership here and see what they can do. I was honestly hoping to get the car around $47,500 before tax, title, doc fees. I plan to drop a minimum of $15K down on the car, and want my payments as close to $500 a month as possible.
Thought about going the lease route as this doesn't have to be my primary car, but I have never been a fan of leasing a car. Plus I like to drive for fun

Knowing that I will be doing PDC at least I know I can use any dealership that wants to make an easy sale.

Hearing there is no change between 15/16 now I am in no huge hurry to get the car now, but like everyone would love to have it now.

Will see what the local dealers say here.

Yep..plus the three at the Independence lot...so there are 7 M235i in Charlotte to one 228i. One of them is a vert.

If you are going to order a car, it makes sense to wait a month or so more to get a 2016. However, if you do find a car that you like in the lot, then go for it.

Personally, I'm waiting to be able to order a 2016. All my local dealers don't have anything I want.

I ended up going to the local dealer thinking I was just going to order one, however they were not able to because of the 2016 coming out. They also didn't have an order sheet yet for the 2016.

However, they made me a deal with the car on the lot that had all the options I wanted plus more. They also still gave me the PDC option for two

The car had the following options:
- Driver Assistance
- Premium Package
- Technology Package
- Auto High Beams
- Harmon/Kardon
- Performance Exhaust (The best sound)
- Black Kidney Grills
- Chrome Exhaust Tips
- Carbon Mirror Caps
- Front Splitter Painted Body Color (I like it, but afraid its too low)
- Tinted Windows

The car is AMAZING! First BMW and loving it so far. Some pics below:

Awesome! Can you post some close up pictures of the painted front splitter? I have an AW coming in and am contemplating adding the splitter painted or unpainted.

Sure here are some close-ups. I am undecided if I like it or not. I like the look, but afraid I am going to destroy it at some point as its pretty low.

I am not sure on the cost as it was on the car when I bought it. I just lucked out and they had the car on the lot that had all the options I wanted, plus all the extra goodies. I was told however that I do not have to return the car with the front splitter on it. So if I do damage I will not be getting it fixed.
