I love the integration of the M vent with the character line that runs the length of the car on this render.

I am really still wishing and hoping for a detuned S55 despite all the info that points to the up-tune N55

This is my favorite rendering thus far.

Thanks for posting. Love the colour too. Although with all the emphasis SCOTT has made on the light weight direction, I think it will be lighter than the 15lbs noted...

I like this render too, although the spy shots clearly show a different front bumper. Also, we'll be, "swathed in Alcantara" but the profit margin is so low that we shouldn't expect a carbon fiber roof? Seems like some strange priorities for a sports car.

Lets be honest unless you're involved in the development of the car you're truly not going to know what it's going to look like. Yes there are the spy shots but they can be misleading as the car is covered. And they could always change a bumper or a fender or whatever in the end. So to say its inaccurate would be saying you know for sure what the car is going to look like. Do you have a picture or a render?

I am still a fan of the other render. And still hoping for an S55.

Trust me when I say this, there are much more accurate renders. We've got plenty of insiders around here that has already confirmed it'll look more like the Bimmerpost render.

Scott said that the rear on this render was surprisingly accurate. If I'm remembering that right.

That's it right there minus the wheels and seats.

The front bumper doesn't even have a proper M fascia. Look how the mouth opens... it should open out as it slopes down. The M sport like the M235i slants inward as it slopes down, so...

From the front, I actually like this render of the bumper better than the bimmerpost version - regardless of how accurate it is.

And that side/rear end view looks pretty awesome. More "clenched butt" than the flat ass you see on the 235 now.

Not unlikely that the M2 launch color will be within that color range:
http://www.2addicts.com/forums/showp...&postcount=127

The color of one of the early M2 renders ain't bad either.

You would think BMW or Someone involved would leak the proper info to these magazines. I would think they would want to uphold their reputation for being in the business of accuracy for their readers.
Anyhow I'm sure the M2 is going to look awesome.

This article says the M2 will be 200mm taller than the M4...? Do they mean 20mm?
