Just came back from the Ultimate Driving Experience in MD. It was a blast! First time doing a performance driving event and did a few rounds of autocross. It was a lot of fun but also very educational...it showed me that I have a lot to learn about driving.

Anyone else went / going?

Good to hear it was worthwhile! I'm waiting for the Seattle area event registration to open up so I can grab a slot. Am i correct in believing there is a $1000 incentive to buy if you attend? I can't find the info on the website.

Depends on registration (they fill up) but preferably Sunday July 26th.

ah... i think the weekends might be packed....
might try to do a weekday so i can re do the session if there are not enough people right after it.... cause you can do it up to 2 times...

Did the Miami events last year when I fell in love with the 228i (3rd place in my group) and this year with the 328d and 428i GC (2nd place in my group). Fun events, instructors in the autox portions can get punchy by the time the last weekend of their tour stop is there but overall good guys. Well worth the trek to wherever they're being held and some good basics for those that have never done autox to boot.

Yes, the instructors mentioned that those attending will receive the $1000 incentive by email.

pre register and you will be notified by email when registration opens. once its open, register right away

nice! i did a bmw car control clinic at UDE last year and its was great experience! i recommend it if you ever get a chance.
