Downpipe Install Video?

Does anyone know if there is a downpipe install video or DIY around?? I don't think brand specific is important, I just do better with pictures than written instructions..

Thank you!

Question.. In hind sight, I shouldn't have taken off the brackets that mount to the transmission.. I did and now I can't remember if the brackets are on the same side or opposite sides of the mount itself.. Hope that makes sense.

my issues installing the DP was the V band clamps, especially the lower one. I just hit the hell out of it and it eventually popped. It was down hill after that and pretty easy to line up and install the new one. Kind of a bitch on rhino ramps. The DP is awesome. Put that jb4 on map 2 or 5 and hold on.

Just redid my install today of my AR Design cat.

Had a raspy exhaust leak from reusing the clamps.

Bought a new turbo to dp gasket, turbo to dp clamp and dp to midpipe clamp. Much better now.

No problem, these were a life saver. Now I can actually hear the dp for what it's supposed to sound like.

Awesome thanks.

Yes it sounds hollow and raspy at startup but after cold start it all dies down.

Does anyone know if these parts are universal to XDrive vs RWD? Coupe vs Vert?

I believe they are, I have an RWD M235 and used these parts for an install just 2 days ago. According to this, the part numbers are the same for the M235iX Convertible:

Cat Parts

I will note that I have 40K miles on my car, and did not change the gasket ring (because I was getting frustrated with the install and did not didn't want to dig it out of there). Turns out the sport cat that I got did not fit properly so I ended up putting the stock DP back on, but I did not get a CEL from taking the stock DP off and putting it back on. The gasket seemed to be in good condition with only some minor discoloration. It's safe to get them, but if I could do it again, I'd probably just save the $100 and use the ones that are on there. But I guess now I have a spare gasket laying around just in case...
