JB4 has given at least two people I know the drivetrain malfunction due to the fuel pressure not dropping off.
In order to know what went wrong in your situation, you really need to post logs on the BMS forum or send them in to Terry. You should do this as soon as possible. |

I've had it happen twice. Both times it was during the first minute of driving after installing my Jb4. Turned car off and back on and haven't had the issue since.
Low fuel pressure will usually cause a CEL and limp mode. Don't think the OP is referring to this. |

I'm having this happen to me now but it shows up on startup. Hasn't happened to me while driving yet.
Fault codes I get are wastegate related: 122108 BOV plausibility -- Ignore, tuner code 123412 electric wastegate, stop learning: stop position (wastegate closed) Not Found 120408 Reduced power mode 123401 Wastegate Learning Stop During *** Heading Cycle |

I've had this twice. Right after uninstalling jb4 for the first time for a dealer visit and then again after reinstalling it. Both happened within the first few feet of driving immediately after uninstall/install. Each time I just turned the car off and turned it on again, no issues after doing that each time. Dealer did not mention any codes.

What map are you running? And is your firmware up to date? At one point Map 2 had a bug in it that would trigger a drivetrain malfunction but Terry fixed it with just a firmware update.

I've had the JB4 for a while with no issues but I recently installed the flex fuel and ewg harness as well as the OBDII cable. After the install is when I started to get the fault codes so it makes me think it's a setting on the JB4 that I've either got wrong or needs to be adjusted for my specific situation. I'm also posting on n54tech to try and troubleshoot my JB4 settings, which has revealed some out-of-"default" settings. |

Gotcha. I had my DWP setting at 6, which is incorrect. I set it to the default 60. Hopefully that clears up my issues.

I'm just running map 1 but haven't updated firmware... No PC... Looking to get Bluetooth to update and log but wheels sounded better so I bought those and I'll take care of this once my wife forgets I bought the wheels lol

My car does this thing where this happens for whatever reason and then it will persist. The way I have found to get it to go away is to disconnect battery and then unplug one of the EWG wires for a few seconds. Then replug back up and put the battery back. Weird enough that does fix it.

Any chance you could look at old paperwork from the service and see what they fixed?

So after doing some pulls I got a drivetrain Malfunction, and I got these codes, I tried clearing them but they kept popping back up. Has anyone experienced this before? Looking for any help. Im running Full bolt ons E35 mix and have EWG wires and flex fuel wires.
