Haha hope it does. I love yours the best from all lists so far posted. My daughter is yet too small and maybe she will get me something for my G80 M3

M keyring from BMW (they actually made me pay for it citing that "there wasn't enough left in the deal" for a bloody key ring?!)

It's not an M2 key. Poor deal, indeed.

I'm guessing he's saying that as he might be in the US and US keys have the panic button on there too.

My question to the m performance alcantara cover guys....how does the screw thing break? I'm imagining in my head that you guys flip it out of its cover a lot. Mine seems to be doing quite well a year in. I usually leave it in my messenger bag at work or my wife's purse when we're going out. Or if I'm in the car, it'll be in the side pocket of the door, not in my pants pocket. Maybe less wear and tear that way?

Its a UK LCI M2 key. So not such a bad deal. Unless you live in the states in which case the steering wheel may be on the wrong side.

That's probably because my X1 has M sport package.

It lacks the "Panic" button depicted on the previous page and presented in the manual. I just had failed to realize it was US-specific.

I am sorry then! I had a wrong assumption the weird "Panic" button I would press instead of boot unlocking was a common thing. Thanks for clearing that it's not! No panic outside US, quite a relief indeed!

I'm assuming they lack a panic button because the alarm system is an optional extra outside of the US where as here it is standard.

We're British, there is zero requirement for a panic button, we just get on with it!

At first i thought the picture of the interior was black and white. Then I noticed the emblem was black and white.
