Favorite exhausts for M235

Hey guys! Out of curiosity, what are your favorite exhausts? I have yet to hear an M235 with an aftermarket exhaust in person, so I am just wondering what your preferences are. (If an exhaust you mention is known to have a drone, please acknowledge. My F10 M5 has the eisenmann race exhaust... it sounds incredible... but it has a deafening drone between 1700-2100 rpm. If it was my daily driver I would probably have to change it!)

Thanks!

Amrytrix sounds phenomenal in person!! That and Tuningwerk are my favorite. Both very aggressive. Haven't heard anyone complain about drone on either one.

But if you put in anything other than the MPE, doesnt it void the warranty?

The armytrix sounds amazing, idk if I'm ready to allocate that kind of money to the exhaust though

How many of you would be interested in another valvetronic option? I am working with a highly reputable exotics shop that is looking to get into BMW and they want to develop a valvetronic exhaust and downpipe option for the F22?

This.

At times I *wonder* what a more aggressive pipe would produce. And then I remind myself that I'm not 22 and my wife also drives the car. :-)

The MPE is nice and "tucked in" sounding when you're noodling around town in comfort, or cruising down the highway in ECO. No drone. Sounds dignified.

But toggle into Sport mode and throw the A/T shifter to the left and a pleasant amount of burbles, burps and downright roar can come out of it with proper right-foot placement.

M-Performance exhaust system. I assume this is above and beyond the factory exhaust system?

I don't know. My M235i sounds pretty nice, with the windows down.

No, new exhausts do not void warranties. To void a warranty, the manufacturer has to prove that the new component was the cause of the issue or significantly contributed to it.

MPE is really nice especially in sport mode.

Does sometimes have a bit of a drone at lower revs at high speeds but one button and its gone...

I've heard a nice DP & stock exhaust sounds really good.

It's a much cheaper route too, since basically all of these exhausts are a decent chunk of change.

I got mine from http://bmw.sunmotorcars.com/ back in August for $650 shipped and installed it myself in about an hour taking my time. I don't think its that inexpensive anymore though.
