Personally I found the RC a little clumsy going onto power .... in other words put your foot into it there was a slight delay in power then BAM !! Power comes on hard and fast with a rush !! The RC throttle controller smoothes out those wrinkles so to speak. I recommend it !!

Cool, thanks for the feedback chaddy. So, how do you think the car will react if in "comfort" mode and sports 1 en the RC throttle controller?

To be honest, I haven't felt additional throttle delay with the RC Ultimate, the car reacts as when it was stock, but once it hits like 2k rpms, you're gone.

Shew, ok, was a bit concerned there from the other post... I'm really not keen on throttle delays...

I thought so too in EcoPro but once I increased settings EcoPro was behaving better where there was always a lag. Then anything above F, Ecopro felt like comfort lol.

JB4 you get more power and features specially if you add aftermarket parts as it can control the EWG but is harder to install....

RC you get less power and features but it's just 2 plugs...

I don't think either is a bad choice...

AC Schnitzer have a tune for the M235i. I received the e-mail below from them today:

Hello,

First of all we would like to thank you for your message and your interests in AC Schnitzer.

We do offer already a performance upgrade for the M235i which brings the performance up to 380hp and 530nm torque.

The VMAX remains the same but we could optimize the figures e.g. 80 – 180km/h from 12,2 s to 10,3 s !

I would like to refer to our website with some further explanations about the product:

If you should have any further questions please do not hesitate to contact me.
