GSR Technik M235i Stage 1 (+65whp/+100wtq, 350whp/400wtq)
We made a few small changes from the first M235i tune we had developed. Here's the latest installed on a car this week. Since we are making a lot of power with our Stage 1 tunes we will be offering a "Sport Tune" for the M235i that slots in just below the Stage 1 tune - probably around +50whp and +50wtq - and offered at a lower price point than the Stage 1.

also wondering if the GB prices are still available?
does this require physically opening the ecu? is the tune detectable when bringing the car in for regular service? can it easily be reverted back to stock if i decide to sell or turn in the car? any stage 2 numbers? |

This dyno is from the install on my car. Thanks again to the guys at GSR. I'm seriously impressed with their work.
In case anyone is interested, I posted some of my initial impressions in the general forum.

What a mission to open the damn ECU!!!
What about check engine light and stuff like that? Where we can get more info about this tune? Price? Upgradable to stage 2 via OBDII after opened? Those #'s are pretty solid. |

Yes its a pain but TBH its a pretty simple process , that really doesn't take long at all !
CEL for decat can be coded out along with Vmax. No OBD available ... costs depends where you go. |

I'll PM you pricing. Currently any software updates on these ECUs triggers the tamper protection so until the technology is available to get around that all tunes need to be loaded as a bench tune. |

Although Im not running the GSR tune specifically , due to location constraints I have had very similar results post ECU flash from a local tuner who uses similar technologies !! Im really impressed !! Extra power with factory drivability and smoothness .... IMO its the way to go.

This way a dealer can't see it in effect and can't be coded over on a update from a dealer. Once you get your car back you simply re enter the code and tune setting desired and off you go. http://<div class="youtube-playerCon.../iframe></div>
