Anyone know what a good lease would be right now on a fully loaded 54k m235xi lease ? Only the first month and plates out of pocket . 36 months 12k miles a year. Does anyone know a dealer that can give me a deal ?? I'm from Nyc if that makes a difference

My msrp for m235ix with estoril blue, coral red interior, tech package was 50,500-12k a year 36 months. Did msds, first months, and taxes/fees it all came out to $6600 at pickup. Negotiated the sale price down to $44900 or something close to that. Im paying $460 a month for my lease and couldnt be happier. If youre not doing anything besides first months and plates when you pick up on a fully loaded expected to be in the vicinity of 600 a month. Park Ave BMW in northern jersey, talk to nick/rachel

Thanks ! Another thing , do you know if the m235i is going to become m240i within next year ?
Also being I had 3 m3's do you think I would like an m235xi ?
I want something more practical for ny winters and don't know if I should get an m4 and mess with snow tires or just get an m235i which is very fast and fun anyway ??
