What are you mods? Your PM to me said you had stalling. This particular cold start issue doesn't usually result in stalling. I wonder if you have a vacuum leak or one of the many intakes that cause driveability issues. I would definitely do a check of all seals in the intake system with a big focus on the charge pipe, assuming you have an aftermarket one. If you have an aftermarket intake, put the stocker back on too and see if that helps. You're not gaining meaningful power from an intake (assuming you have one, of course).
