Hey, i want to ask if someone knows a way to get wireless carplay in bmw F20 post LCI (120d) in a cheapest way.

i had a look on 2 ways
1) Get id4 to id6 flash which is approxiamtely £600.
2) Install a MMI Box which is something £170.

Any pros and cons someone wants to let me know of?

Find someone to do id4 to id6 flash for cheaper.


I'm based out of the USA (LA), and I paid a local guy $100 to flash my partner's F22 and an online remote coder $200 to help me flash my F32 during an NBT Evo upgrade/retrofit project back in 2019.

£600 is crazy. I like having everything OEM, so MMI is not an option.
