Keeping my fingers crossed......I really hope I got in early enough. None of the charges have actually gone thru on my card they are all just pending and I have only received confirmations for 2 out of 5 items.

Now I am curious for the lucky ones that get their stuff how the free "2 day" shipping is being supported. Must be on "in stock" items

I only received that the order is processing but all charges have already gone through in my credit card

I posted in the other thread, but FYI....I talked to Leith this morning and was told they have 700 orders that haven't been processed yet. It will take them some time...but they ARE working on them. We just need to be patient.

Wouldn't the black kidney grilles be MPerformance? My order for those were confirmed, but have heard nothing yet on the rear deck spoiler.

This is for shift knob and valve caps.
Stuffs that I really didn't care too much.
They cancelled diffuser and PE order.

At this point I want to cancel all my remaininig orders since they were really impulse buy.

Well yesterday I posted that there was no way that BMW would go and cancel the orders on us, but here we are. I just sent an email back to Leith asking for more information other than just "we don't have it". From my perspective the dealership just completely dropped the ball in every way. They could have required orders to be made via phone call and most of us would not have been able to get orders in within business hours, BUT they didn't. They opened up the sale to everyone and even offered free 2-day shipping. We know the prices Sun BMW has been providing and I only was really saving 75 on a diffuser. That being said, even if the dealership has to eat the difference, they need to honor these orders and learn from their mistake. If they have 700 orders than I expect about 600 complaints many of which will reach the BBB and BMWNA. This dealership is gonna end up in a bad spot.

Just spoke with a very nice guy in Parts...apparently we crashed their computer system. All of Parts and Service is down at their shop. They are working to get the ~700+ orders they received processed as best as they can, but right now, all has come to a standstill and we will need to be patient to see how this rolls out once they get their system back up.

Does this mean that our orders will be filled, or if we have received a cancellation message than thats it. I don't mind waiting at all, as long as my order is filled. My dealer offered me free paint if the part arrives before my car is ready, but seems like that will no longer be the case.

Agreed I don't mind waiting I just want my order to be fulfilled and I want it least updates on my order.

My order for the winter wheel+tire set was cancelled: "We apologize but the item you have ordered has been cancelled. Wheel and tire sets are not applicable for this promotion."

The other order I made for pedals and M performance mats is still alive.

Sad news guys I just checked my account and my payment was cancelled funny how I didn't get an email though. I had ordered a carbon fiber spoiler. I feel like they should of prepared better before putting 50% off because who wouldn't jump on a deal like that. Kinda sucks though because I would of taken another black friday deal from another site even though it wouldn't have been half off. i'll just pay the full price now.
