$1000 regional incentives for 2016's?

Heads up.

Just spoke with a dealer in New England that indicated a limited incentive program was issued today for dealers that hit certain volume amounts. $1000 on certain models, including 2's. Not sure how widespread it is or which ones have the program available, but $1000 is nothing to sneeze at. Enough to make me think about switching my purchase before my car arrives at the end of this week (I have a deposit down).

the $1000 is going to be to blow out 2016 models since production is coming to an end before 2017 models start production in September.
