Euro Style Finish Rods on Front Side Air Ducts

Has anyone looked into Adding (Not replacing with Euro duct) the silver finishing rod to our OEM front side black grills.
Maybe go one step further and paint them the same color as the car body.
The finishing rods on my 2008 E90 just snap into place,
and can be removed by simply squeezing and pulling them.

I haven't been able to locate the part number for that either. I would like to know where to get them as well. I thought about switching my front bumper to the M Sport bumper but I really want to keep my fogs. I think I would have to have them coded out if I did make the switch. I wish there was some sort of diffuser for the front of the stock bumper as well.

In your member info it shows that you have an M235i. In the US, the grills are not just for show. There is a radiator on one side and an oil cooler on the other. They need to be open for air flow.

I'm sure a thin finishing rod will Not block air getting into the Oil Cooler.
As I posted, I don't want to replace the whole vent area, just add the finishing rods to it.

I do not think you can just add those stripes alone. Take a look at this pic.

Subbing, I love the look of the euro air ducts but at $200 it's not worth it to replace.

Wish we could just add the silver rod to our existing Venting.
Some manufacture could make a killing!
