Problem with diffuser

Someone messed around with my diffuser and now the top part is not sitting flush. Tried to install again but no luck. Any way to glue or have it stick somehow to the bumper where it snaps in. Thanks for your help.

Take it off and reinstall it, looks like the tabs are pulled out of their holes and are stuck under it now. Its just a few screws on the bottom and it comes right off.
