MSRP is $50,010 on an M235 6mt

Lease price is 628.00 tax in sign and drive. I am not giving them a dime up front, not even first months payment. 10k miles 36 months.

I am curious if I am doing well. Seems pretty solid

seems pretty good, around 700 in profit over invoice for dealer. invoice price should be around $610/mo with no downpayment

When you say no down payment, are you referring to nothing out of pocket? I am not even giving them the first payment. Giving them $0

do you mean first month's payment is waived? invoice price would be, assuming 8.1% sales tax, roughly $610/mo, with $610 due at signing(first month's lease payment)

first month is rolled into the payment. I am literally giving them nothing. My sales tax is 6%

i see... okay, i dont know how to calculate 1st month payment rolled into lease, but here is my rough calculation with 6% tax at invoice with 1st mo payment

What about the $1000+ in fees. Is that factored into that lease payment or is that up front money?

$795 acquisition fee, standard lease fee
$175 dmv fees
$75 doc fee, i estimated the dmv and doc fee. total is $1045, this is rolled into the leased calculation and taxed(except dmv fees)

only payment in that $592 calculation is the 1st month payment, no fees upfront
