Emissions letter after ED

So, I did ED last summer and just now got what appears to be a second emissions letter which says something about 20 euros. Can't really read it as it's all in German. Anyone get one of these, and any reservations against just throwing it out?

I looked all over and then confirmed that the letter can be tossed. BMW pays the fee for you, but the letter is sent anyway.

Still, it's a bit scary. I want to go back to Germany someday....

I got the letter too but reached back to them to enquire. I was told that BMW takes care of the payment and that we do not need to pay anything.
