My BMW missing information

Hi guys. So I ordered my 228i with the tech and cold weather packages, while also including the power seats, alarm, and terra leather. However, when I log on to My BMW, under the "Your 228i xDrive Coupe Selected Options," it does not have anything listed. The car is 2 days out from reaching the port in New York before it gets trucked to my dealer. Should I be worried that my dealer somehow ordered my car with no options? I have noticed that other people's My BMW site lists their chosen options.

It does seem like everyone's shows the options. The 1-800 line says they can't pull up the list of options (I was trying to check on my port-installed stuff), so call your CA and make sure that's just a glitch. Better to know now than when they present you with a shiny, stripped down 228.

I tried one of those vin checker things, and when they run my vin # it lists all of the correct options. I'll call just to make 100% sure, however. I have waited this long, and I'm not about to be presented with the wrong thing after all of my binge drinking to pass the time.

I'd call the 800 toll free number, choose the option to speak to a person or contact your dealer to get that cleared up. Otherwise prepare for some sleepless nights...

Hopefully it's as you ordered. I found out today one of our fellow forum members who also ordered his car from my dealer, that our dealer actually did make a mistake in ordering his car. His car was at the port ready to be shipped. He had to start over with a new build and wait all over again.

I hope this is not the case for you. Keep us posted.

This is what it shows. I just texted my CA and he told me that it was a glitch in the system. I will call the 800 number and bug the BMW NA people just to make sure. I can't stay paranoid.

Ask the CA to email a copy of the current Vehicle Inquiry form for sanity's sake. It will list everything.

Just spoke to the 800 number. They said they can't see any options that cars are ordered with on their end. Still waiting on the text/picture/email from my CA. My CA has been great and I really do believe that I am just being paranoid. He always answers me immediately and was wonderful during my visits. My OCD is killing me though.
