Aftermarket touchscreen with android phone cast capability?

I've looked but am still unsure if this can be done, does the Avin replacement screen allow me to use the car screen as a touchscreen that controls my phone?

I don't have a tech package and it would be nice to have some way of mirroring my phone on a touchscreen for Waze, playing music etc while driving.

If not Avin are there alternatives?

it looks like it only mirrors my phone on the existing screen without allowing me to use the car screen to control my phone?
