What color did/will you order your 2er in?

It seems like MG is currently the most popular color, with AW a close second. I would like to see what people have or will order theirs in.

I'm a Mineral Grey guy, moving away from Alpine White.

I am nowhere near being ready to order yet, so my choices are vast - but I think it looks best in the brighter colors so would favor Red, Blue or Black.

EDIT - "....but I think it looks best in Red, Blue or Black."

Happy now?

I ordered mine in Alpine White, but if I didn't already have an Estoril Blue M3, I would probably have gone with that instead.

You missed capitalizing "since" and the word "did" in your sentence.

Now, can we carry on?

Interesting that all the press cars are Melbourne Red but yet I don't see anyone ordering one in that color yet.

Not sure if this has been discussed elsewhere, but what are everyone's thoughts on EB, which is a signature M color as far as I know, on a non-M car? Not looking to start an argument about the naming convention or anything like that. I don't care what they call the damn thing, I ordered it because I like it. Just wondering what the general consensus is.

Meant ordered the car, not EB. Went MG again purely out of personal preference, not politics.

Going from Alpine White 135 vert to Mineral White 228. Already have blue M3 or else would have considered blue 2 series.

The irony is that EB started out on M cars but you can't get EBII on an M car, only on M-Sport or the M235i. It's not available on the F80 M3.

On the M235i in the pictures I have seen so far I don't like the gunmetal wheels on EBII. I feel like EBII cries out for silver wheels - in the pictures where the car has the same type wheels from the 228i M-Sport it seems to look better. Shame you can't just no-cost-option those wheels on the M235i.

Yeah the Estoril Blue is definitely an eye catcher, but I've already enjoyed living the flashy car lifestyle for several years and feel like its time to settle down for something a little more low key. If I was still a young punk though, blue would easily be my choice.

I plan on ordering it in Red. Kind of wish they also offered it in yellow. I'm sick of seeing black, white and grey bmws on the road.

Way to go OP - I was going to post the identical poll and am glad someone else did - I'll reserve my vote for now, but definitely think the front runners are the whites (either AW or MW) and MG. MG appears to be a nice steel grey w/o the mauve hue of SG in the sunlight, and is a safe choice, but sadly hides the rear diffuser. If u like red cars, the red isn't too bad either (albeit the red offered on the new Mercedes CLA AMG is better). The EB is just too out there for me; I prefer Monaco Blue. Black is boring, and silver is not good at all for this car. Not sure why MW isn't doing better relative to AW; MW seems to show-off the cars lines better, and has more depth to it - a little pearl/platinum/silver, and isn't as milky white as AW. Probably because some bozos think it's girly or costs too much. Than again maybe milky bright white is a good thing? I dunno. Can someone please enlighten me as to the main reason why MW doesn't get the respect it deserves vs. AW.

My 2003 Z4 was Ti Ag, as is my 2008 128i Cabrio and my 2013 X1.
It's the easiest to keep clean and I'll stick with silver 'til I get sick of it.

AW is the only color you can get for "free"

Every other color adds $550 to the price tag, including MW. If I were shopping for white and one them was free, I think I'd go with free.

When I think mineral white: I think of an old woman driving a Lexus.

When I think alpine white, I think of a Porsche GT3.

I dunno... why can't they just make one white and call it a day?
