To be in that range, the car is going to have to start lower than mid 40s and I dont think that will happen.

However, if you work with someone like David Aviles, who uses VIR/invoice pricing, you might be able to get there with holiday and loyalty cash.

It made a big difference for me on my 2011 E82. I won't ever buy another BMW from someone else--he's great...

I'd be looking for something lower than that for sure. Keep in mind, I'm not planning to sell my M3.

The only options I want are heated seats and H/K sound. Hoping xenons are standard on the 6Cyl. And I'd definitely plan to do ED, so that should knock out a big chunk of change. I'd be staying with friends in Munich

Regardless, I'm just toying with the idea. I'm not rushing to the dealership to put a deposit down or anything.

Be prepared to wait for a car that might never exist as it is not confirmed or even planned at this point

I think that with ED as well as any other applicable incentives like loyalty cash + with a reasonable amount down, i could get there.

after staring at these pics all morning the rear is already growing on me.... still think the "diffuser" is a bit bloated but overall pretty stoked about the design. Again, I don't think anybody can truly argue that the 1 series is a better looking car. This is a massive upgrade.

i definitely think the 1-series is a better looking car. it looks like a CLASSIC BMW.....rather than this. Honestly i had reviewed all the spy shots prior to ordering my E82. The new design language definitely does not cut it. They're using 'bloated' as a theme these days! The 1-series is definitely NOT bloated in any way....it's chiseled, sharp, and SMALL.

the F22 looks like an E82 with a bodykit....nothing more, nothing less. But in the process, it has lost the 'smallness' which is the coolest thing about the E82. The E82 harks back the2002, E21 and the E30 for inspiration....whereas this looks to the F30 for inspiration. eek. not good!

I believe it is based upon German time--although I am not sure we know what time of day it is supposed to happen

I'm still confused about the slats in the front air dams and why they are missing in the tent pics of the car.... My only complaint is the interior. Still a solid chance I buy this car but I REALLY wish the interior was more competitive with the CLA (consequently the interior is basically the only thing I do like on the CLA).

I'm a fan of the 1er FL, but to me there's no comparison here. And we're not even talking about the interior.

in terms of cohesiveness....i think the E82 was an 'original' design, whereas the F22 is definitely not. The F22 is trying to 'fit in' with the rest of the BMW design language....there's nothing wrong with that! i think it's just a matter of preference.

I always liked the 1series... but the 2 is so much sleeker and fresh....
The front is really nice as well as those wheels....

The back might be the only soft part but it might be just a matter of getting used to it

Coming from an e82 owner, I think this car is SICK!

Well done BMW. This car is nearly perfect in every way. Can not wait to get my own ///M235i within the next year!!!

Should even be more special if I decide to do the ED

Really?? I'm a fan of current gen BMW interiors. Big step up from my 2007 E90. I actually do like how the nav is setup (at least much better than that hump) and everything else is clean and modern.

The CLA interior, on the other hand, is inferior. I think the CLA AMG seats DO look better (black w red) but that's it. Hate how Benz have all those numbers like a phone booth, the air conditioner vents are passable but the round thing isn't so nice, and the monitor is terrible. Its screen size is too small and its thick and just sitting there like a glued on Tom Tom. No thanks. The droopy rear of the CLA and those interior drawbacks are its weak spots.

So anyone have any idea when leasing offers will be available on the M235i, im currently in a 2008 335i 6MT and im thinkin this would be an awesome "upgrade". Very excited to see the press releases for this car, it looks amazing, and most importantly affordable.
