f22 b48 Exhaust

The stock exhaust, even in sport mode, is still too quiet. I am running 93 with a BMS intake and chip, but I want to find an exhaust that will be a bit louder. Has anyone found an exhaust?

With a little searching you'll find lots of options. Seems like a number of people go with the Dinah resonator delete coupled with either the Dinan or MPE mufflers. I went the MPE route, and I'm about to add the resonator delete.

mfischer95 Did you ever find the "lots of options" that @VPB74 refers to? I have done a lot of searching and when it comes to the 230xi I can't find ANY options.

I'm wondering if the M240 M Performance Exhaust (MPE) will fit easily on to the 230xi? Obviously you'd have to cut or swap out the diffuser.

I'm most interested in a symmetrical look right now (performance or better sound would be a bonus but not the main priority as that seems to almost triple the cost), and will probably get some black exhaust tips, not sure why the Sport Line 230 comes with black tips but the M Sport comes with chrome?

I've emailed AWE about their exhausts and they told me none of them would fit to a 230xi.

I have the dinan free flow exhaust with a resonator delete and it sounds good! Otherwise little, to no options.

Did you get the one designed for the 230 or did you fit on a dual-exit for the M240?

I bought the dinan for the 230 from their website. The cost to switch to the dual exhaust is astronomically high. You'd need to get the bumper to match, a lot of different piping, etc. it'd be a mess
